Wrong size or a defect? Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Items must be unworn with tags attached.
Perfume
For hygiene reasons perfume can only be returned if the seal is intact.
Refunds
Refunds for prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bKash.
